Air Liquide continues to develop home health-care line, acquiring Swedish firm

Air Liquide announced today the acquisition of NordicInfu Care (Nacka Strand, Sweden), a provider of in-home infusion therapy for patients with chronic diseases in the Nordic countries. The deal is a new geographical development for Air Liquide's home health-care activities, which until now had little presence in northern Europe. Air Liquide's home health-care business unit accounted for 43% of the group's total 2012 health-care revenues. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.
