Air Liquide confirms 2014 growth target supported by higher first-quarter sales

Air Liquide has reported €3.73 billion ($5.16 billion) in revenue during the first quarter, up 6.2% year-on-year (YOY) on a comparable—growth, excluding currency, natural gas, and significant M&A impacts—basis or 1% on a reported basis. The company did not disclose net income or Ebitda figures. Air Liquide's gas and services activities represented the bulk of the revenue stream, at €3.42 billion, up 5.7% YOY on a comparable basis.
