Air Liquide Signs Gas Supply Contracts with Flat Panel Display Manufacturers in Asia

Air Liquide says it has signed multiple contracts to supply ultrapure carrier and electronic specialty gases to three new fabs manufacturing advanced display technologies such as active-matrix organic light-emitting diode (AMOLED), low temperature polysilicon (LTPS), microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), and organic light-emitting diode (OLED) backlighting.
