Air Liquide says it targets sales growth of 8%-10%/year, and improve its return on capital employed (ROCE) from 11.6% in 2009, to 12%-13%. Air Liquide says it also targets more than €200 million/year in operating efficiencies. Air Liquide says €10 billion of the capex budget will be used for "industrial investments."
