Air Liquide CEO takes over as chairman of ERT

Air Liquide announced today that, on 1 June, Benoît Potier, chairman and CEO, succeeded Leif Johansson, chairman of Ericsson and AstraZeneca, as chairman of the European Round Table of Industrialists (ERT). The ERT, created in 1983, is a forum of 52 leaders of major companies of European parentage. These companies, from a wide range of industrial sectors in 18 European countries, have combined revenues exceeding €1.30 trillion ($1.77 trillion) and employ about 6.8 million people in the region.
