Air Liquide acquires home health-care provider

Air Liquide has acquired Seprodom, a home health-care firm specialized in the monitoring of patients with chronic diseases in the French overseas territories of Reunion, Mayotte, Guadeloupe, and New Caledonia, Air Liquide announced today. Financial details of the transaction have not been disclosed. Home health-care represented 48% of Air Liquide's health-care revenue in in 2013, the company says.
