Merck KGaA and Greenpharma cooperate on cosmetic active ingredient

Merck KGaA says it has signed an agreement with Greenpharma (Orléans, France) for its cosmetic active ingredient poppy seed extract. Merck, under the agreement, will market the active ingredient globally under its umbrella brand RonaCare starting September 2013. Merck will also be responsible for sales, logistics and application technology customer support.
