Kem One appoints new board member; Gary Klesch is CEO

Kem One (Lyon, France), the polyvinyl chloride (PVC) business acquired by the Klesch Group from Arkema last year, has appointed Marco Toscano as COO and member of the executive committee. He will assume his new role on 1 January 2013. Kem One’s executive committee is headed by A.
