Regions :: Western Europe :: Finland R&H Acquires Finnish Emulsions Firm12:13 PM MST | January 15, 2008 | CW Editorial Staff Rohm and Haas (R&H) says it has agreed to acquire Finndisp (Hanko, Finland), the water-based emulsions business of Oy Forcit (Hanko), for approximately €60 million ($85 million). Finndisp’s emulsions are used in the manufacture of paints and coatings, laquers, and adhesives, and supply customers in Northern Europe and the Commonwealth of Independent States.
