Kemira Agrees to Buy Brazilian Coagulants Producer

Kemira says its Kemira Water Solutions Brasil subsidiary has signed an agreement to acquire the two coagulants businesses of Dalquim Industria e Comercio (Lages, Brazil). The purchase price was not disclosed. Dalquim produces aluminum-based coagulants, which generate revenues of about €12 million/year ($15.5 million), Kemira says. Pouring in: Kemira expands in Brazil.
