Fertilizers producer Kemira GrowHow (Helsinki) plans to sell its hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and canning operations in Denmark to Gropa (Copenhagen) for an undisclosed sum. Kemira GrowHow says it will continue to supply nitric acid and ammonia-based products in Denmark, following the divestment.
