Dynea Sells Belgian Subsidiary to Spanogroup

Dynea Chemicals has announced the divestment of its Belgian resins company, Dynea N.V., to Spanogroup (Oostrozebeke, Belgium). Financial details were not disclosed.   Dynea N.V. manufactures mainly urea and urea melamine resins for the composite board industry. The company employs 21 people, who will transfer to the new owners. “Our aim is to develop our business portfolio by concentrating on our core product and application areas,” says Hans Pettersson, president and CEO of Dynea.
