Dynea Sells Belgian Subsidiary to Spanogroup

Dynea Chemicals has announced the divestment of its Belgian resins company, Dynea N.V., to Spanogroup (Oostrozebeke, Belgium). Financial details were not disclosed.   Dynea N.V. manufactures mainly urea and urea melamine resins for the composite board industry.
