CABB Buys Custom Manufacturing Firm

Fine and specialty chemical producer CABB (Suzbach/Taunus, Germany) has agreed to buy KemFine (Helsinki), a custom manufacturer of fine chemicals, from private equity firm 3i. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.  KemFine’s focus is on intermediates and active ingredients mainly for the agrochemicals market. KemFine’s production site is at Kokkola, Finland.
