Dynea divests Norwegian and Hungarian operations to Eltek Holding

Dynea Chemicals (Helsinki) has signed an agreement to sell 100% of its shares in Norway-based Dynea AS to a newly founded legal entity representing Eltek Holding (Oslo). Dynea AS focuses on speciality wood adhesives for the European market. The sale includes 100% of the shares in Dynea Hungary; 50% of Nordalim AS; and 34.5% of Krystal AS, as well as 33.3% of the shares in BorsodChem-Krems Chemie Formalin, owned by Dynea Hungary.
