Borealis Names its Next CEO

 Borealis has named Mark Garrett as its next chairman and CEO. He will succeed John Taylor, who is due to retire at the end of this year. Garrett was until recently executive v.p./water and paper treatment and a member of the executive committee at Ciba Specialty Chemicals. He will join Borealis on April 1.
