BASF Ranked as Best European Firm for Sustainability Communication

BASF is the “most complete and savvy” company in Europe at communicating sustainability issues online, according to a survey by internet consulting firm Jungle Rating (Amsterdam). The survey compared the sustainability communications performance of 53 companies listed on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index. BASF scored 67% in the survey, followed by mining company BHP Billiton (London; 65%), energy firm Centrica (Windsor, U.K.; 64%), and pharma company Novo Nordisk (Benedikte Østergaard, Denmark; 64%), Jungle Rating says.
