Syngenta and Anheuser-Busch InBev enter into malting barley collaboration

Syngenta and Anheuser-Busch InBev (AB InBev; Leuven, Belgium), a leading global brewer, have entered into a partnership to secure the sourcing of malting barley, the key raw material for the beer industry. Growers, under the agreement, will have access to the Syngenta malting barley varieties and a tailored growing approach, which includes training and advice on agronomy and sustainable farming practices.
