Solutia Expands PVB Sheet Production in Belgium

 Solutia says it will upgrade its plant at Gent, Belgium to produce advanced acoustic polyvinyl butyral (PVB) sheet for automotive applications. The expansion will meet rising global market demand for acoustic glazing, Solutia says. The company currently has automotive acoustic production capacity at Santo Toribio, Mexico.
