Saudi Arabia Establishes Panel to Help Resolve PET Dumping Dispute with Europe

The Saudi government has established a technical panel to help resolve a dispute with the European Commission over possible European Union (EU) antidumping duties on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) originating from Saudi Arabia, according to Saudi press reports. The commission launched antidumping and anti-subsidy investigations last month covering PET exports to the EU by producers in Saudi Arabia and Oman.
