Ravago and Barentz Merge Chemical Distribution Businesses

Ravago Group (Arendonk, Belgium) and Barentz Europe (Hoofddorp, the Netherlands) have agreed to combine their chemical distribution activities into a 50-50 joint venture, Barentz Ravago Chemical Specialist. The new company, which will start operating on January 1, 2012 will aim to become one of the leading distributors of specialty chemicals in Europe.
