Huub Meessen Appointed Chairman of APPE

Huub Meessen, v.p./Europe at Sabic, has been appointed chairman of the Association of Petrochemicals Producers in Europe (APPE) with immediate effect. He succeeds Ralf Kuhlmann, business director/basic chemicals Europe at ExxonMobil Chemical, who retires in March this year.
