Evonik to build plant at Antwerp for novel methionine for shrimp feed

Evonik Industries said today that it will build a plant, which will produce methionine especially developed for the shrimp and other crustaceans industry. The facility will be based at Evonik’s Antwerp complex. The product, Aquavi Met-Met, is a dipeptide made up of two DL-methionine molecules. It is added to feed used in acquacultures.
