EU commission satisfied with nanomaterial regulations; Cefic welcomes findings

Cefic says it welcomes the conclusions of a recent European Commission report that the European Union's (EU) current regulatory framework covering nanomaterials, including the Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation, and Restriction of Chemicals (Reach) legislation, is appropriate and helps to ensure that nanomaterials can be safely produced, and used by companies and consumers.
