EU Firms up Antidumping Duties on Melamine from China

The European Commission has imposed definitive antidumping duties on European Union (EU) imports of melamine originating from China. The decision firms up provisional antidumping duties of 44.9%-65.2% on melamine from China that the commission imposed six months ago. The duties are necessary "in view of the magnitude of the dumping margins found and in light of the level of injury caused to the EU industry," the commission says.
