EU Biodiesel Industry Seeks Antidumping Duties on Imports from Argentina, Indonesia

The European biodiesel industry has lodged a formal complaint with the European Commission against alleged dumping of biodiesel from Argentina and Indonesia in European Union (EU) markets. The European Biodiesel Board (EBB; Brussels), an industry association, made the complaint on behalf of EU producers and says it is seeking EU antidumping duties, and possibly antisubsidy measures, against biodiesel imported from Argentina and Indonesia.
