Clariant Sells Polysilazane Coatings Business to AZ Electronic Materials

 Clariant announced the sale of its Polysilazane coatings business, including its production site in India, to AZ Electronic Materials (AZ; Luxembourg), a producer of photoresists, spin-on dielectrics, and anti-reflective coatings, for approximately €4 million.  Clariant retains the exclusive right to develop and use Polysilazanes for composite materials and ceramics, under the terms of the deal.
