Cefic Prepares for Nano Regulations in the EU

Cefic will spend €800,000 ($1.2 million) on a three-year research project to develop an appropriate testing strategy for assessing the reproductive toxicity of nanomaterials. Data from the project will be fed into European Commission’s guidance on nanomaterials which is due to be published during 2012.
