Brussels Drops Antitrust Probe of Chemical Shipping Markets

No sinking feeling: Shipping services defined as ‘tramp vessel services.’ The European Commission says it has closed an investigation into alleged antitrust activities in the market for shipping bulk liquid chemicals on deep-sea routes. The commission will not impose fines on the shipping companies under investigation.
