BASF Announces Personnel Changes

BASF has announced several changes within its management team. Jacques Delmoitiez, currently president of BASF's polyurethanes division, will become president of BASF's regional division Europe, effective October 1, 2010. He will relocate from Brussels to Ludwigshafen. Delmoitiez will take over from Walter Seufert who retires on September 30. Wayne T. Smith, now president of BASF's catalysts division based at Iselin, NJ, will take over responsibilities for the polyurethanes division as of September 1. Frank A.
