GHG emissions in the 27 EU countries decreased by 18% despite a 48% increase in GDP in the region since 1990, the commission says. The 15 EU countries that originally signed up to the Kyoto agreement, and the 10 EU member states that have individual Kyoto commitments, are on track to achieve...
