Regions :: Western Europe :: Austria Lenzing acquires remaining 25% of Czech pulp manufacturer8:29 AM MDT | October 3, 2012 | Sotirios Frantzanas Lenzing says it now owns 100% of pulp producer Biocel Paskov (Paskov, Czech Republic), after acquiring the 25% it did not own from Heinzel Group (Vienna). The company acquired a 75% stake in Biocel Paskov from the Heinzel Group in April 2010. Lenzing has invested about €100 million, since 2010, to restructure Biocel Paskov's facility, enabling it to become a "swing capacity" producer of pulp, the company says.
