Barentz-Ravago JV acquires Austrian distributor

Barentz Ravago Chemical Specialist (BRCS Group), a 50-50 chemical distribution joint venture between Barentz Europe (Hoofddorp, Netherlands) and Ravago Group (Arendonk, Belgium), has acquired Chemres (Werndorf, Austria), a distributor of industrial chemicals in the Austrian market. Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed.
