Yara expands emissions control business by acquiring majority stake in Norwegian firm

Yara International (Oslo) says that it will expand its emissions control business by acquiring a 63% stake in Green Tech Marine (GTM; Farsund, Norway), a leading sulfur oxide scrubber supplier to the marine industry.
