Wacker ends short-time working at Burghausen as polysilicon demand improves

Wacker Chemie had ended the short-time working introduced at its Burghausen, Germany, polysilicon manufacturing facilities in early October 2012, the company announced today. Wacker took this decision amid growing demand from its solar-sector customers.
