Versalis, Genomatica, Novamont Sign MoU for Biobased Butadiene Production

Versalis (Milan), Eni’s (Rome) chemicals subsidiary, has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Genomatica (San Diego) and Novamont (Novara, Italy), a leading player in biodegradable plastics, to form a partnership for the production of butadiene from renewable feedstocks.
