U.K. Officials: Fracking May Continue as Long as Certain Precautions are Taken

Fracking, the controversial method using water and chemicals to recover underground gas from shale rocks, should be allowed to continue in the U.K. if certain procedures are followed, says a government-appointed panel on the safety of fracking.
