Tosoh to Reorganize European Operations

Tosoh says it will reorganize its operations in Europe to strengthen its business in the region. Tosoh Bioscience N.V. (Tessenderlo, Belgium), the European sales and distribution arm of Tosoh Bioscience division will be renamed Tosoh Europe and will become the parent company of Tosoh’s European operations. Tosoh Europe will provide the Tosoh group companies in Europe with human resources, accounting, information technology, and other administrative services.
