TenCate acquires UK composites firm

TenCate (Almelo, Netherlands) has announced the acquisition of Amber Composites (Nottingham, UK), a manufacturer of thermoset composites used in the automotive industry, among others. Financial details of the transaction were not disclosed.   Amber Composite, founded in 1988, manufactures composite materials for high-performance, lightweight structures.
