Syngenta takes legal action over EU suspension of neonicotinoid thiamethoxam

Syngenta has submitted a legal challenge to the European Commission’s decision to suspend the use of its neonicotinoid thiamethoxam on bee-attractive crops, the company announced today. Syngenta tells CW that it filed a law suit with the EU General Court In Luxembourg.
