Swiss health-care group Galenica to split into two listed companies

Galenica (Bern, Switzerland) said today that it is adapting a new management structure. The group will be headed by two CEOs, one in charge of Vifor Pharma, formerly the pharma division, and one of Gelenica Santé, the former Santé division. Both CEOs will report directly to the executive chairman. The role of CEO Galenica Group is being abolished.
