Solvay unveils new structure, rebrands operations, confirms targets

Solvay today unveiled its new business structure following completion of the integration process for the recently acquired Rhodia. Jean-Pierre Clamadieu, chairman of Solvay, in a press briefing in Brussels, said the main aim was to simplify and decentralize the group's structure. The company also unveiled its new logo and confirmed that the Rhodia name would disappear in all markets with the exception of in Brazil.
