Regions :: Western Europe Power Company Signs Supply Deal with French Purchasing Group2:09 PM MDT | July 25, 2007 | Ian Young Power generating company Electricité de France (EdF; Paris) says it has signed a long-term agreement to supply French electricity-purchasing consortium Exeltium, which includes among its members Air Liquide, Arkema, Rhodia, and Solvay. Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but French press reports say it is based on electricity tariffs of about €37/megawatt hour (MWh) over a period of 15-20 years.
