Perstorp to Buy Solvay’s Caprolactone Business

Dankis: Upstream integration sought. Perstorp says it has agreed to buy Solvay’s caprolactone business for €200 million ($285 million). The business reported sales of €60 million last year and employs 65, Solvay says.
