Perstorp chairman steps down

Perstorp has announced that chairman Lennart Holm has left the company. He was replaced as chairman by Perstorp board member Fabrice Fouletier, effective 25 October 2012. Holm had been with Perstorp for more than 12 years, originally as president and CEO. Fouletier is a partner with PAI Partners (Paris), the private equity firm that controls Perstorp.
