Perstorp and Mitsubishi Gas Chemical Sign Distribution Agreement

Perstorp says it has signed a distribution agreement with Mitsubishi Gas Chemical (MGC) for MGC’s new co-polyesters and its key raw material. Perstorp, through the agreement, will be the exclusive distributor in Europe, for the co-polyester under its own brand Akestra. The partnership will enable developing the market for these new high heat resistant co-polyesters in Europe, addressing the demand for safer thermoplastics, Perstorp says.
