Mitsubishi Chemical and Faurecia link in bioplastics for car interiors initiative

Mitsubishi Chemical says it has signed an agreement with Faurecia (Paris) covering joint research and development of bioplastics for use in automotive interior parts. The companies will focus on the development of tailor-made polybutylene succinate (PBS) for use in automotive interior parts by 2014,  Mitsubishi Chemical says.
