Linde to Buy Ineos Packed Chlorine Business

Ineos ChlorVinyls says it has reached an agreement to sell its packed chlorine business to Linde’s BOC subsidiary for an undisclosed sum. The deal includes Ineos’ packed chlorine production units at Runcorn, U.K., and the associated commercial goodwill of the packed chlorine business.
