Lenzing extends Untersperger's contract to act as CEO until April 2016

The supervisory board of Lenzing has extended the contract of Peter Untersperger, 52, for an additional 3 years, until April 2016. Untersperger started his career at Lenzing, in 1985, as assistant to the CFO. In 1994, he was appointed to the board of directors of Lenzing’s Indonesian subsidiary PT. South Pacific Viscose, and from 1998 he served as its president. In 1999, he was named CFO of Lenzing and, in 2009, was appointed as chairman of the board of Lenzing.
