Lanxess celebrated the third anniversary of its listing on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange earlier this year, which followed the company’s spin-off from Bayer in 2004. Lanxess was originally formed from Bayer’s least profitable chemical businesses and has undergone a rapid transformation since the spin-off in an effort to improve profitability.
