Kemira Reports Decreased Net Profits and Sales

Kemira says its net profits for the first quarter of 2012 fell by approximately 27%, to €29.9 million ($39.4 million) compared with €37.9 million in the same quarter of 2011. The company reports a slight decrease in sales for the first quarter of 2012, to €552.9 million compared with €556.8 million in the first quarter of 2011.
